Get the helmet. Try it and see how see does with it. If she hates and it's not really going to help her, them don't use it. If she doesn't mind, then use it. If it will help her and she hates, use it and hug and kiss her more. No matter what you decide, know that you had he best interest and her well being in mind, that is all you can do. Do not beat yourself up. Use that energy to love her. You are a great Mom!!#

I'll be a SAHM so no maternity leave. When I'm done, I'm totally done. And it's kinda hard to get cake work when you handle shipping and receiving at a job shop. They help with a lot, but a lot just comes with the job.

I agree with you also. Stick it out as long as you can. Induction is a long and unnecessary process and things tend to go more smoothly when you just let them happen. I’m glad that your OB isn’t pushing the issue and giving you choices. 😀
If it were me… I would try to go back to work. Maybe the boss will give you cake work so you aren’t standing so much BUT… on the other hand, the standing and walking will help things progress…. Kinda tricky with a bum ankle though. Maternity leave goes by way too quickly and you’ll wish you had those couple of weeks back. Tough decisions chica :/
