Today Kahlan signed for milk for the first time!!  She’s recognized it for about a month now, laughing it breathing hard when I ask with it. And then this last week she started signing it when she was nursing. But today she did it without me asking!  Of course the next and last feed she didn’t, but that’s also the last feed in her room for the night and she knows she’s getting it. Either way, I think she will really catch on here and be able to ask for milk herself now. I’m so excited!  Now to really work on more signs.
