Today we donated another 100oz to a mother and her baby girl. Her baby will be 1 year soon, but she doesn’t produce enough and has had a hard time finding a donor.
It’s always a bittersweet moment. On one hand I’m giving away a part of us. On the other I’m helping a mom and her baby meet their goal. It’s hard until I meet the baby and the mom and hear the gratitude. Then it makes it all worth while.
